(Scope of Application)
Article 1
1 Facility usage agreements and related agreements concluded with customers who use this facility shall be subject to the provisions of these terms and conditions, and any matters not stipulated in these terms and conditions shall be governed by laws, regulations, or generally accepted practices.
2 If this facility accepts special agreements to the extent that they do not violate laws, regulations, or practices, those special agreements shall take precedence, notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

(Reservations and Applications for Facility Use)
Article 2
1. Reservations are accommodation schedule contracts entered into with customers on dates and times on business days of reception operations.
Customers who wish to use this facility must contact this facility by telephone or through the inquiry form on our website to inquire about the following matters at least 2 days before the reservation date on the reservation business day. At that point, it will be processed as if an application for a facility usage contract had been made. Please note that reservations will only be accepted as completed by customers who have received confirmation from our facility via a reply email and phone call. Reservations for accommodation the day before or on the day of the event will not be accepted.
(1) Name and address of the responsible representative, telephone number, group
(2) Number of users
(3) Date of use, estimated time of arrival and number of nights
(4) Number of cottages, tents, etc. used for overnight stays
(5) Number of attendees
(6) Fees (as a general rule, based on the basic fees listed in Attached Table 1)
(7) If you are a high school student or under the age of 18 and your parent or guardian does not participate, the consent of each participant's parent or guardian is required (a written consent form will not be used)
(8) Other matters deemed necessary by this facility .

2 Customers who wish to use this facility but do not have a reservation may be allowed to use the facility at the time of facility usage registration under Article 7 even if they have not applied for a reservation, if there is space available and the facility allows them to use the facility. We will process it as if you have applied for a facility usage contract.
3 If a guest requests to continue using the accommodation beyond the usage date set forth in item 3 of the preceding paragraph during the course of their stay, the facility will treat the facility as having applied for a new usage contract at the time the request is made. Process.

(Establishment of Facility Use Contract)
Article 3
1. The Facility Use Contract shall be established when the facility accepts the application set forth in each paragraph of the preceding article. However, this does not apply if the facility does not consent.

(Refusal to Use the Facility)
Article 4
1. The Facility may refuse to accept a facility use contract in the following cases.
(1) When the application for facility use does not comply with these terms and conditions.
(2) When the facility is fully booked (buildings, tables) and there is no room for it.
(3) When a customer who wishes to use the facility is deemed to be likely to behave in a manner that violates the provisions of laws and regulations, public order, or good morals in relation to use.
(4) When a customer who wishes to use the facility is clearly deemed to have an infectious disease.
(5) When a customer is asked to bear an unreasonable burden in relation to use of the facility.
(6) When it is impossible to allow the customer to use the facility due to a natural disaster, a breakdown in the facility, or other unavoidable reasons.
(7) When a customer who wishes to use the facility falls under any of the following items
1. When the customer is drunk or behaves in a significantly abnormal manner and is likely to cause a nuisance to other users.
2. When the customer is dressed or has a significantly unclean body or is likely to cause a nuisance to other users.
3. When the customer makes violent demands against the Facility or its employees or requests an unreasonable burden.
(8) When a customer who wishes to use the facility falls under any of the following items:
1. When a customer who wishes to use the facility is a member of an organized crime group, an organized crime organization, a company related to an organized crime group, or a related party or a political activist.
2. When a customer who wishes to use the facility is a member of an organized crime group, or a corporation or other organization whose business activities are controlled by an organized crime group.
3. When a customer who wishes to use the facility is a corporation and has an executive member who is a member of an organized crime group, etc. (anti-social forces such as organized crime groups).
(9) When the facility is otherwise deemed inappropriate.

(Customers using the facility's right to cancel the contract)
Article 5
1. A customer using the facility may cancel the facility usage contract by notifying the facility.
2. If a customer using the facility cancels all or part of the contract due to reasons attributable to the customer, the facility will charge a penalty as set forth in Article 19.
3 If a customer using the facility does not arrive by 6:00 p.m. on the day of use without contacting the facility, the facility may treat the contract as having been canceled by the customer. In this case, the penalty will be the full amount.

(The facility's right to cancel the contract)
Article 6
1. The facility may cancel the facility usage contract even after the facility usage registration under Article 7 in the following cases.
(1) When it comes to fall under Article 4 (3) to (9).
(2) When you do not comply with the prohibitions in the rules of use separately established by this facility.
2. If this facility cancels the facility usage contract based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, usage fees and other charges will not be refunded.

(Registration for Facility Use)
Article 7
1. Customers using the facility must register the following items and submit documents at the reception desk in the restaurant of the facility on the day.
(1) Registration of the name, address, and phone number of the responsible representative, and the name of the group
(2) Registration of the number of people using the facility
(3) Registration of the departure date
(4) Registration of confirmation of the rules of use
(5) Registration of other items deemed necessary by the facility
(6) Submission of a letter of consent from the guardian of each applicable participant in the case of high school students or participants under the age of 18 whose guardians are not participating
2. If customers using the facility intend to pay the fees under Article 11 by a credit card or other means other than currency, they must present these items in advance when registering under the previous paragraph.

(Facility Usage Hours)
Article 8
1. The hours during which facility customers can use this facility are as follows. However, if you notify us of the usage time in advance and accept the request, or if you wish to use it continuously, you can use it all day except on the day of arrival and departure.
(1) Facility use for overnight stays...from 15:00 to 10:00 the next day

Article 9
1. Customers using the facility must comply with the usage rules and terms and conditions within the facility. Let's eat.

(2) Automatic compliance with the Terms of Use Agreement: When making telephone reservations or using the facility
(3) Changes to the Terms of Use And bulletin board... Posted at any time without prior notice.

(Business Hours)
Article 10
1. The business hours of the main facilities, etc. of this facility are as follows, and detailed business hours of other facilities, etc. will be announced on the website, bulletin boards in various places, etc.

2. The hours listed in the preceding paragraph may be changed temporarily if necessary. In that case, we will notify you by an appropriate method.

(Payment of Fees)
Article 11
1. The details of usage fees, etc. to be paid by customers using the facility are as listed in Attached Table 1.
2. Payment of the usage fee, etc. in the preceding paragraph shall be made in Japanese currency or by an alternative method approved by the facility, such as a credit card, at the reception desk when registering the facility under Article 7.
3. Even if the facility provides the facility to a customer who uses the facility and the customer does not use the facility voluntarily after the facility becomes available for use, usage fees will still be charged.

(Responsibility of the Facility)
Article 12
1. In the event that the Facility causes damage to the customer using the Facility due to the performance of the Facility Use Contract and related contracts, or due to non-fulfillment thereof, the Facility will compensate for the damage. However, this does not apply if it is not due to reasons attributable to this facility.
2. The facility will not be held responsible for any accidents such as theft, damage, or personal injury that occur within the facility, unless such incidents are due to poor management of the facility.

(Handling when contracted facilities cannot be provided)
Article 13
1. If the facility is unable to provide the contracted facilities to the customer using the facility, it will arrange for other facilities as much as possible with the customer's consent. will do. However, if there is no reason attributable to the facility such as a natural disaster that the facility cannot provide, no compensation fee will be paid to the customer.

(Handling of Deposited Items, etc.)
Article 14
1. Luggage, goods, cash, and valuables of customers using the facility cannot be deposited at the facility. Please manage it yourself. However, you may leave your luggage in the vacant space of the facility only if the facility agrees, but the facility will not be held responsible for any damage such as loss, theft, loss, damage, etc. I am not responsible.

(Storage of Baggage or Personal Effects of Customers Using the Facility)
Article 15
1. If the customer's baggage or personal effects are left behind at the facility after the customer has checked out, and the owner is identified, the The facility shall contact the owner and request their instructions. However, if you are shipping baggage or personal effects under these instructions, in principle, the shipping fee will be paid on delivery. If there is no instruction from the owner or if the owner cannot be identified, the item will be kept for 7 days including the date of discovery, and then delivered to the nearest police station or disposed of in a manner deemed appropriate by the facility.

(Parking Responsibility)
Article 16
1. When a customer using the facility parks a vehicle at the facility, the facility rents out the space and is not responsible for the storage of the vehicle. Additionally, this facility will not be held responsible for any accidents (damage, theft, etc.) caused by parked cars. However, in the event that damage is caused intentionally or negligently by the facility in managing the parking lot, the facility will be responsible for compensation.

(Customer's Responsibility)
Article 17
1. If the facility suffers damage due to the customer's intention or negligence, the customer will be required to compensate the facility for the damage.

(Breakdown of usage fees, etc.)
Article 18
1. Total amount and usage fees to be paid by customers using the facility for overnight stays
(1) Basic usage fee (facility usage fee)
(2) Additional fees Food, beverages, rental fees, etc., and other usage fees
The basic usage fee is based on the price list posted in the pamphlet and on the premises.
(4) Basic fees, usage fees, additional fees, etc., are subject to change without notice.

(Regulations for Filing Penalties)
Article 19
1 If the day you receive notice of cancellation of accommodation or day trip facility use is 5 to 2 days before the reservation date, 30% of the usage fee, 50% of the usage fee the day before, and 50% of the usage fee on the day of the reservation. 100% will be paid to the campsite.
2 In the case of a reservation for two consecutive nights, if all dates are canceled at the same time, the penalty will apply only to the first day.
3 3 If the number of days is shortened, a penalty fee of one day (first day) will be collected regardless of the number of days shortened.

Facility Usage Regulations
In order for our customers to use our facilities safely and comfortably, we have established the following facility usage rules, and we ask for your cooperation.
If you do not comply with these rules, we may be forced to refuse your stay or use of our facility. In addition, in some cases, you may be required to pay for damages, so please be especially aware of this.
(1) Please refrain from gambling, any behavior that disrupts public morals, loud singing, noisy behavior, or any other behavior that may cause disgust or annoyance to others.
(2) Please refrain from using the facilities and items within the facility for purposes other than those specified. Also, please refrain from inviting outsiders into the facility and allowing them to use the facilities and items.
(3) Fireworks, firecrackers, cooking fuel such as sumimaki, gas stoves, candles, gas and oil lamps, and other open flames are prohibited.
(4) Please refrain from doing anything that may cause a fire.
(5) Please smoke only in designated areas (smoking corners). Smoking is prohibited in all other areas of the facility.
(6) Please refrain from using fire within this facility.
(7) Equipment rentals and returns will be accepted at the restaurant building. Please wash the equipment before returning it.
(8) Please dispose of garbage separately according to the staff's instructions or the "Rules and Precautions for Use." Please be especially careful not to leave food or garbage unattended as there is a risk that it will be destroyed by crows and animals. Also, please do not throw trash around.
(9) Please check the precautions posted in the cottage beforehand.
(10) The cottage can accommodate up to 8 people who are junior high school students or older, and the campsite can accommodate up to 4 people who are junior high school students or older.
(11) Please take off your shoes in the cottage. No shoes allowed.
(12) Please make sure to lock the door every time you leave the building you are staying in. Additionally, if the key is lost, a 10,000 yen compensation fee and additional damages will be charged.
(13) After the restaurant building closes, the area outside the facility will become a security zone and an alarm may be sounded, so please do not leave the facility without permission.
(14) Pets are not allowed in this facility.
(15) When using tarps, etc. at this facility, please be considerate of the adjacent building.
(16) When sleeping in the car, idling and revving are prohibited. Please refrain from using open flames inside the vehicle. In addition, only authorized vehicles, facility management vehicles, and emergency vehicles are allowed to pass within this facility.
(17) Please refrain from collecting plants and animals at this facility or entering areas other than designated areas.
(18) This facility will not be held responsible for any theft, damage, personal injury, or other accidents that occur on the premises, unless such incidents are due to inadequate management of the facility. Please refrain from using the facility on behalf of someone who cannot take responsibility for themselves. *This facility faces the sea, so please check the "Facility Information Map "and be careful.
