Rules and Precautions for Use

Periods of uses

Open all year round

• Monday through Sunday : 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Reservations can be made by phone or through the website.
• Online Reservations are accepted until 11:59 p.m. two days prior to the date of use.
• Reservations will be completed upon confirmation by our receptionist via phone call and E-Mail.

About Facility Tours

• Our Facilities are basically for the exclusive use of our guests.
  If you wish to tour our facilities, please contact us in advance and make a reservation for a tour.
  Please note that we will not be able to accommodate visitors without a reservation.

Hours of Use

Check-In
(Settlement of fees)

3:00 PM – 6:00PM

• If Check-In time is after 6:00 p.m. due to traffic congestion or other reasons,
  please be sure to call us by 5:00 PM.
• Payment is to be made in advance by Cash or Credit Card at the restaurant building.

Check-Out

until 10:00AM

Curfew

until 10:00 PM.

• Please do not disturb other guests when entering or leaving after 22:00.

Building (Restaurant)

8:00PM to 10:00PM

Bath time hours

Available until 8:00PM

• Please note that there are times when bathtubs are not available due to cleaning.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation due to violation of terms and conditions, customer’s convenience, etc.
  will incur a cancellation fee.
• Please contact us during our business hours.
  If it is made after hours, it will be treated as if it were made the next day.
• If we deem it unsafe to use our facility due to weather conditions or other reasons,
  we may cancel our operation. In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged.

30% of the Room Charge

From 5 to 3 days prior to the reserved date.

50% of the Room Charge

From 2 to 1 day before the reserved date.

100% of the Room Charged

On the day of reservation.

Rules for Pets

• Pets are not allowed in this facility.

Separation of Garbage

• Our Staff will clean the guest rooms. Please separate your garbage.

Other Precautions and Prohibitions

Open Flame

• As a rule, open flames are prohibited.
• Use of open flames that may damage the lawn or wooden deck is also prohibited during BBQ.

Fireworks

• Only hand-held fireworks are allowed. No fireworks are allowed.
  Please use them in designated areas.

Karaoke, Audio Players, Musical Instruments, etc.

• Prohibited. Noise may disturb other Guests.

Generators, Vehicle Idling

• Prohibited.

Others

• Sleeping Smoking and littering Cigarettes are prohibited. Please Smoke in designated areas.
• Please do not engage in the following acts inside the facility, as they are extremely dangerous
  • Climbing over fences.
  • Climbing Trees in the vicinity.
  • Shaking the Trees.
  • Diving into the sea Throwing stones
  • Playing in the water late at night.
  • Throwing or kicking hard balls.
• Regardless of the above, any activity that may disturb other guests is prohibited.
• Please be careful not to expose your tattoos.
• Please understand that we are not responsible for any accidents or problems
  that may occur in our facility.

Please follow the above rules and precautions and enjoy using the facility.
If you do not abide by them, we may have no choice but to ask you to leave the premises.
